If all the items are in stock, we will normally dispatch your order the next working day - so most UK mainland orders are delivered within 48 hours.
We do not normally dispatch orders until all items are in stock
If orders are received before 12 noon we will normally dispatch goods the same day.
**(Please note that normal delivery times do not include weekends. For example an order made after 12 noon on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday)
For Royal Mail deliveries this can take longer.
All efforts are made to fulfil orders within 14 working days, however additional and unavoidable delays may occur subject to product availability. In the event of a delay we will contact the customer and keep them informed.
