Return of faulty goods - the following are guidelines
Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except physically interactive products - e.g sticks, heads, cymbals and strings) are guaranteed by the manufacturer against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. Some products are guaranteed for longer.
Physically interactive products, due to their nature and intended usage, are impossible to guarantee for a fixed period. With these products the manufacture issues a three month replacement “good will gesture” (Cymbals are twelve months) against breakages and failures, excluding normal wear and tear.
In such circumstances a replacement will be issued to Wembley Music Centre once the manufacturer has had the opportunity for further investigation. While it is always at the manufacturer's discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement.
We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. After 28 days and in all cases, Wembley Music Centre will not be liable for any postage costs incurred by the customer for collection of faulty goods or delivery of replacement goods.
If an item does develop a fault after 28 days we can arrange collection at cost to the customer of £10 for any single item up to 30kg.
In all cases Wembley Music Centre must be informed of the fault in writing before returning the item. We will then contact you to arrange collection of goods and issue a returns number.
Please note that this policy is invalidated if the goods are not in original condition or if the fault is due to alterations or misuse by the customer. In all cases any goods returned must be accompanied with purchase sales receipt / invoice
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Recycling Electrical Products at Wembley Music Centre (WEE regulations)
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
• Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
• Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.

From now on all new electrical products that can be recycled will carry the 'crossed out wheelie bin' to help you remember to recycle them.

Where can I recycle?
DCFs will be nationwide and is likely that your 'local tip' has been upgraded to provide this facility.
To find your nearest DCF simply click here. The recycle-more.co.uk website allows you to enter your postcode and you will then be directed to your nearest DCF.
More DCFs will be added over time so even if there is not one local to you now there soon will be.
